East Park, a Grant Aided Special School in Glasgow, is a leading provider of specialist day and residential education services for children with complex needs, including Autism.

Position overview

  • Excellent work life balance: hours are 8.30am-3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-3.00pm on Fridays
  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Competitive rates – £12.31 up to £14.15 per hour on a term time basis based on qualifications and experience. (Please note the full time equivalent is the rate advertised, hourly rate will be lower once pro rata term rate is calculated)

We provide specialised education programmes for children and young people aged 5-18 with complex additional support needs.

You will work in a class team and support the teacher and pupils in appropriate activities to facilitate their learning. You will be helping to develop the pupil’s individual potential and to enable participation in education, independent living and therapeutic activities. You will work at East Park’s main site where we have access to various facilities and locally making the most of community resources.
